Situated in idyllic Toffen, in the middle of the picturesque Gürbetal valley, we dedicate ourselves with great passion to the production of the finest bee products. Our bee colonies are at home in eight carefully selected locations between Bütschwil and Mamishaus - always with a special focus on nature and the well-being of our buzzing helpers.

We offer an exquisite selection of honeys in gold seal quality, including spring and summer honeys as well as creamed honey with a delicious consistency. Our range is complemented by fine honey liqueurs and moisturising lip balm. And this is just the beginning - our product range is constantly being expanded to offer you even more natural delicacies and care products.

At the Hauswirth apiary, the well-being of the bees is our top priority. We attach great importance to the respectful treatment of these fascinating creatures, which are not only indispensable for our products, but also make an invaluable contribution to nature. Did you know that around a third of our food is directly dependent on pollination by bees? Without them, our biodiversity would be in danger - reason enough to treat them with care and gratitude.

Behind mel-bee.ch is a versatile personality: professional pilot, hunter and passionate beekeeper. Rooted in the beautiful Bern region and always inspired by nature, Melanie has set herself the goal of turning her hobby into a profession. With dedication, precision and a tireless pursuit of excellence, she creates products that meet the highest standards.

But she never stands still - always on the lookout for new challenges and better solutions, Melanie adapts her work to the circumstances and possibilities without compromising on quality.

After successfully completing a basic beekeeping course and a breeding course, the beekeeper is currently training to become a beekeeping specialist at the renowned beekeeping centre in Graz, Austria. This passion and striving for perfection is reflected in every jar of honey and every bottle of liqueur.

We put our heart and soul into offering you not only excellent products, but also an insight into the fascinating world of bees. Together with our hard-working bees, we create values that are in harmony with nature - for you, our environment and future generations.
